Phillip Foley is the Lead Pastor of Community Bible Church, where he has served full-time since 1996. Phil came to know the Lord in 1984 through the discipleship ministry of CBC. Phil currently provides general oversight of the church, preaches weekly, and has a passion for training and shepherding men to be leaders in their home and in the church, for women to experience the joy and freedom of biblical womanhood as they carry out their role in the various spheres of their lives, and for the next generation to come to know the Lord. Phil is one of the board of directors and a professor at The Cornerstone Bible College and Seminary. Phil is a graduate of Grace School of Theology and Ministry (BA), and earned a Master of Arts degree at Trinity Theological Seminary. Phil and his wife Becky have been married since 1985 and have five children and four grandchildren.
Brian Borgman is founding pastor of Grace Community Church, Minden, NV (1993-present). He earned a B.A. in Biblical Studies from Biola University (La Mirada, CA), a Master of Divinity from Western Conservative Baptist Seminary (Portland, OR) and a Doctor of Ministry from Westminster Seminary (Escondido, CA).
Brian and his wife Ariel have been married since 1987. They have three wonderful children, Ashley, Zach and Alex and several grandchildren. Brian is the author of multiple books including Feelings & Faith: Culivating Godly Emotions in the Christian Life, Spiritual Warfare: A Biblical and Balanced Perspective, , After They Are Yours: the Grace and Grit of Adoption, and a contributor to the Women’s ESV Devotional Bible.
Cliff McManis has been in pastoral ministry since 1989, where he first began ministering to children at Grace Community Church in Sun Valley, CA. He graduated from The Master's College with a B.A. in Biblical Studies and earned an M.Div. from The Master's Seminary. He went on to earn his Th.M. and his Ph.D. in Ecclesiology from the Bible Seminary in Independence, Missouri. He went on to do post-graduate study in English at California State University (Los Angeles), California State University (Northridge) and Point Loma University. He is the author of Christian Living Beyond Belief and Biblical Apologetics. He is a regular contributor to The Master’s Seminary Theological Journal and is an adjunct professor of Theology at The Cornerstone Bible College and Seminary.
